For anyone with a question for Melta: before the first concept, while you wait for early access, as a customer with a running product, as an agency, as a journalist or as a company with a larger plan. One address covers all of it. The people who build Melta read every message and usually reply on the next working day, in English or German.

One address for everything

Behind hello@melta.ai there is no phone queue and no ticket number, just the people who build and run Melta. To get your message to the right topic faster, put what it is about in the subject line. The five most common reasons to write are described here.

General questions and early access

You are wondering whether Melta fits your idea, or you are waiting for your place in early access. Write to hello@melta.ai and describe your plan in two or three sentences. If you are not on the waitlist yet, you can join it on the home page; how early access works is explained on the early access page.

Support for customers

Questions about your own product go to the product's chat first: the editor there knows your source code and the logs and makes changes directly. For everything around your account, plan, invoice or access, write to hello@melta.ai. How support works in detail is on the support page.

Partnerships and agencies

You look after clients of your own and want their products built through Melta, or you see another way of working together. Write to hello@melta.ai. What Melta means for agencies has its own page.

Press

For interviews, background conversations and questions about how Melta came to be, you reach us at hello@melta.ai as well. Who is behind Melta and why we build it is on the about page.

Enterprise

Write to hello@melta.ai with what you have in mind and how many products or teams are involved. We reply by email and arrange a video call from there.

What gets your message answered faster

Languages, response time and calls

We reply in English and in German, in the language you write in. An answer usually arrives on the next working day; at weekends and on public holidays it can take a little longer. There is deliberately no phone number: most questions can be answered more precisely in writing, we can look into your case before replying, and you keep the answer on record. If you send an enterprise enquiry, you get a reply by email first; we arrange a video call from there.

Short questions about prices, plans or the process are often answered already: on the FAQ page, under pricing and under how it works.

Postal address

Melta is built and run in Grabs in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley, Switzerland. The full postal address and the operator details are in the imprint. For anything that should move quickly, email is the better route.
