Who it is for

Melta for small businesses

For businesses of two to fifty people whose workflows live in spreadsheets, chats and on paper: inspection deadlines, acceptance reports, handovers, customer requests. You describe the one workflow that eats your time, in plain language. Melta turns it into a tool of your own with logins for your team, puts it online and runs it - no agency, no maintenance contract.

Where you are today

The business runs; the paperwork limps behind. Inspection dates sit in a spreadsheet nobody opens in time. The acceptance on site is a handshake and a photo in a chat. The handover report is a form that has lived in a binder for years. Customer requests arrive by email, phone and messenger and land with whoever is free. A large industry suite would cover it, but it is built for companies with hundreds of employees and takes months to roll out. A custom tool from an agency used to mean a specification, a quote and a maintenance contract. Melta sits in between: one tool for the one workflow that hurts, built from your description and run for you. You own what runs.

What Melta builds for you

Not a site builder, not a suite with a hundred features of which you need three: the tool from your concept. Four examples, three of them running as example products:

Inspection deadlines and equipment

A register of every device with inspection interval and next due date, reminders before anything is overdue, inspections via a QR code on the device and defect reports from a phone. Owner, competent person and staff each get their own role. This is how the example product FristenWächter works.

Acceptance reports on site

A guided report on the phone while both parties are still there: defects with photos, signatures from contractor and client, a finished PDF at the end. This is how the example product AbnahmeBlitz works.

Handovers with a report

Move-in, move-out or interim inspection step by step, with photos, meter readings and digital signatures. Offered as a one-time purchase or an annual plan. This is how the example product ÜbergabeFix works.

Customer requests in one place

A form where customers submit a request with photos, a login for your team to set status and appointment, and the support inbox for everything that arrives by email. There is no example product for this yet; describe your workflow and Melta builds it.

How it works

  1. Describe - In your own words: who works with the tool, what gets recorded, what comes out at the end. Melta asks at most four clarifying questions, none of them technical.
  2. Read the concept - In plain language, for a few credits. You change it by chat until it fits your business.
  3. Have it built - The build starts when you approve, paid from the credits of your plan. Melta builds interface, logic, logins, database, payments, email and legal pages, typically within 24 hours, and emails you when it is done.
  4. Test in the preview - Private, seeded with demo data and named test logins. Walk through every role, from office to site; if your product sells something, try the purchase too, with test data and no real money.
  5. Go live - In seconds, with no rebuild. Melta first checks that your operator details for the imprint are complete and, if you sell, that your payout account is connected. You choose which preview data to carry over; the previous live version stays as a fallback.
  6. Change by chat - "Add a field for the serial number", "show the owner every overdue inspection". You watch the editor work, can step in, the preview updates live, and you deploy to preview or live from the chat. Change runs are included in every plan.

What it costs

A concept uses only a few credits; afterwards your product runs on a plan per organisation with credits every month. All numbers and how the price is made up are on the pricing page.

Common questions

We have no IT department. Who keeps the tool running?

Melta does. Hosting, payments, email, domain, legal pages, support inbox, error monitoring and analytics are part of the plan, with no maintenance contract. You only get in touch when you want something changed, and that happens by chat.

Do my staff get their own logins?

Yes. Every product comes with registration, password reset and email confirmation, plus the roles your concept calls for. In the example product FristenWächter those are owner, competent person and staff, and each role sees only what it needs. Logins and forms are protected against spam.

Does our tool have to sell anything?

No. Many business tools are purely internal, and the share of sales only applies when your product actually sells something. If you want to offer it later, as a one-time purchase or a subscription like ÜbergabeFix, you describe that in the chat; payment processing is already built in.

Where do our customers' emails end up?

In your product's support inbox at support@yourproduct.melta.ai. Incoming mail is sorted by topic automatically, and you reply straight from the platform. An automatic AI reply is optional; it is off by default and hands over to a person. Mail your product sends itself, such as reminders or reports as PDF attachments, goes out under its own name, and replies to it land in the same inbox.

Describe the workflow that eats your time. Melta builds the tool.

A concept uses only a few credits. The tool is built, put online and run as soon as you approve it - with logins for your team, a support inbox and legal pages.
