Who it is for

Melta for creators and communities

For creators with an audience who want a product of their own: a paid community, a member area, courses, digital downloads or a niche directory. You describe it in plain language; Melta builds it, puts it online and runs it - subscriptions, payments and analytics included, all under your brand.

Where you are today

Your audience is there, but it lives on channels you do not own. The membership runs through one service, the newsletter through a second, the payments through a third, and on every page someone else's logo sits next to your name. Which post actually brought paying members? Three dashboards later, you still do not know. Building your own product used to mean an agency and months of waiting. Melta skips that: you describe what your members should get and what it costs, and get a finished product with your name on the door.

What Melta builds for you

Four product ideas. Each comes with accounts, its own database, payments, email, legal pages and a support inbox.

Paid community

A space for members only: posts, discussions, profiles, roles for you and your moderators. Access runs on a monthly or annual subscription and ends when the subscription ends. See Community.

Member area with content

Your articles, guides and templates behind a login. A free tier shows part of it, the paid tier all of it. Purchases sit in the member account. You embed videos from your video host. See Member area.

Courses

Chapters and lessons with progress per member, as a one-time purchase or on a subscription. See Course platform.

A directory for your niche

The curated overview your scene is missing: entries, filters and sponsor packages on an annual plan. The example product Steigwärts does exactly that for via ferratas.

Your brand on everything, your numbers with you

How it works

  1. Describe - In your own words: who your members are, what they get and what it costs - monthly, annually or once. Melta asks at most four questions, none of them technical.
  2. Read the concept - A concept in plain language: pages, tiers, payment model. You change it in the chat until it fits.
  3. Have it built - The build starts when you approve, paid from the credits of your plan. Melta builds the whole product, from interface and accounts to payments and legal pages, typically within 24 hours; you get an email when it is done.
  4. Test the preview - The private preview comes seeded with demo data and named test logins. You sign in as a member, buy a subscription with test data and read the confirmation email. No real money moves.
  5. Go live - First Melta checks that your operator details are complete and your payout account is connected. Then the product goes live in seconds, without a rebuild. You choose which preview data to carry over, and you can roll back to the previous live version.
  6. Change by chat - "Add an annual tier", "show the waitlist on the home page": you write it to your product's editor, watch it work, step in when you want, and the preview updates live. It costs nothing extra.

What it costs

A concept uses only a few credits; afterwards your product runs on a plan per organisation with credits every month. All numbers and how the price is made up are on the pricing page.

Common questions

Do I own the relationship with my members?

Yes. Member accounts live in your product's own isolated database, emails go out under your product's name, the checkout shows your product as the merchant, and payouts go to your bank account. Melta runs the product; the members are yours.

Can I offer videos, downloads and courses?

Downloads such as PDFs and templates sit in the member account after purchase, and courses run as chapters and lessons with progress per member. Videos are embedded from your video host; Melta does not host video.

How do I know which channel brings paying members?

Your product measures without cookies: visitors, pages, sources, countries, devices and campaigns, plus the funnel from visit to purchase and revenue per source. Add a campaign parameter to every link you share and you see which post paid off. No cookie banner is needed for this; a weekly report arrives by email.

Can I start small and grow later?

Yes. Later on, a new tier, a course alongside the community or a waitlist is a single chat message; change runs are included in every plan.

Your audience deserves a home that belongs to you.

A concept uses only a few credits. Your community, member area or course gets built once you approve it - with subscriptions, payments and your brand on everything.
