Who it is for

Melta for coaches, consultants and trainers

For everyone who sells knowledge: courses, 1:1 sessions, memberships, paid content. You describe your offer in plain language; Melta turns it into a platform of your own with a course area, bookings, subscriptions and checkout, puts it online and runs it - under your name and, if you want, on your domain.

Where you are today

Your offer is clear; the technology behind it is a patchwork: a website builder, a scheduling tool, a course tool, a payment link, a membership tool, each with its own login, fee and look. Your clients hop between five interfaces, and at the end of the month you cannot tell who got stuck where. A platform of your own would fix this, but until now it meant an agency or developers and a budget most one-person businesses do not have. Melta gives you one product that mirrors your offer: one login, one checkout, your name on top.

What Melta builds for you

Course platform

Your content in modules and lessons, with progress per participant. You embed videos from your video host, worksheets are there as PDFs. Whoever buys gets access right away, as a one-time purchase or a subscription.

Bookings for 1:1 sessions

You open time slots, clients book and pay in one step. The confirmation goes out by email under your name. A package of several sessions can be sold as a one-time purchase.

Member area

A monthly or annual membership with content behind the login: recordings, templates, new posts. Renewal runs by itself, and access ends when the subscription ends.

Programmes and workbooks

A programme over several weeks, a self-assessment, a workbook: pay once, use right away. If the concept calls for it, your product can include AI functions, for example a written evaluation.

The closest example product is SOMA Yoga Zürich: class bookings and subscriptions in one product. There is no coaching course platform among the examples yet; the building blocks are the same.

Under your name, not a tool's

Everything your product sends carries your name. Booking confirmations, receipts and password links go out as email from no-reply@your-product.melta.ai or from your own domain, with attachments such as a PDF receipt. Replies land in your support inbox, sorted automatically, and you answer from Melta. Imprint, privacy policy and terms are generated from your operator details for Switzerland, Germany and Austria, as general information, not legal advice. And the cookieless analytics show you how many visitors register, open the checkout and buy.

How it works

  1. Describe - You say in your own words what you offer: which courses, which sessions, what a membership includes and what each costs. Melta asks up to four clarifying questions, none of them technical.
  2. Read the concept - From that comes a concept in plain language. You change it in the chat until it fits your offer.
  3. Have it built - The build starts when you approve, paid from the credits of your plan. Melta builds the entire product: course area, bookings, accounts, database, checkout, emails, legal pages. Usually it is done within 24 hours, and you get an email.
  4. Test in the preview - The private preview comes seeded with demo data and named test logins. You book yourself in as a client, buy a course with test data and read the confirmation email. No real money moves.
  5. Go live - Before that, Melta checks that your imprint is complete and, because your product sells, that your payout account is connected. Then it goes live in seconds, no rebuild. You choose which preview data comes along, and you can roll back to the previous live version.
  6. Change by chat - "Set the course price to 149", "add a waiting list for the next cohort": you tell your product's editor, watch it work, can step in, the preview updates live, and you deploy the change to preview or live. Change runs are included in every plan.

What it costs

A concept uses only a few credits; afterwards your product runs on a plan per organisation with credits every month. All numbers and how the price is made up are on the pricing page.

Common questions

Can I embed my videos in the course platform?

Yes, embedded from your video host. The videos stay where they are today; your product shows them in the right lesson. Melta does not host videos and does not store large files.

Can I offer single sessions and a subscription in the same product?

Yes. You describe both in the concept: the single session or a package as a one-time purchase, the membership as a monthly or annual subscription. Your clients see your product as the merchant when they pay, and the payouts go to your bank account.

What do my clients see of Melta?

The product carries your name, your colours and your logo. It runs on a melta.ai subdomain or, from the Growth plan, on your own domain, and the emails go out under your name. Replies land in your support inbox.

Do I have to look after technology, updates or servers?

No. Hosting, payments, email, domain, legal pages, support inbox, error monitoring and analytics are part of the plan. There is no server for you to manage. When you want to change something, you tell your product's editor in the chat.

Describe your offer. Melta does the rest.

A concept uses only a few credits. Course area, bookings, subscriptions and checkout are built in once you approve it - under your name.
